Entitled woman has wax in her ears.

I turn up to open at 6.30, as per usual, and see a woman standing already at the doors. I have to go in the front because the only key I have fits only that door.
She looked exactly what you think she would look like, the person-who-shall-not-be-named.
Already I’m tired, and as soon as I get there, she starts ripping into me about how late I am opening, all workers ‘here’ are lazy, the drill. I politely informed her that we weren’t even due to be open for another half an hour, but she didn’t want to listen.
This is where it gets juicy. I asked her to please move out of the way so I could open the door and she BLOCKS ME, like she’s some sort of security guard. Do you want to get in or not lady? But she starts demanding an apology from me. I had no idea what the hell to say, so I just asked her to move again. It’s not a job worth fighting customers like this over, but she refuses. I wasn’t having it and asked her one more time to move so I could unlock the store and she blocks me again from getting near the door.
So, I tell her I’ll call the police if she insists on harassing me. This seems to get her off her high horse and she shifts enough so I can get through the door. I unlocked it and shut it as quickly as possible before she could follow me inside and locked it from the inside. She started screeching about her needing some type of melting wax for god knows what. I left her there to simmer and flicked all the lights, did the opening and avoided the door. By the time it was opening time she was gone, but I had a good laugh at the security tapes with my co-workers at lunch, apparently, she left just before I opened the door again. Beats me what the fuss was for seeing as she never ended up even coming in. Some people just want to cause problems, I guess. All that over wax.
